Helping,guiding me answering and asking questions I have about my home. I've closed on the house but her line is open, she is more than a realtor she is a friend.

Chassity is the absolute BEST at what she does! As a realtor myself, she truly exemplifies every trait of a good realtor! Chassity was incredibly accommodating with me while I had to work with her remotely and she maintained incredible integrity and character throughout the transaction. Chassity listed and sold the home of my mother-in-law, closing in May, 2022. Chassity did an enormous amount of research to make sure she had the right listing price. The home was impeccably maintained, but needed cosmetic updating, both of which were pricing factors. She went to the home and gave ideas on how to showcase its great features. It only took about a week before she had it under contract. She also skillfully navigated us through the inspection period and fought for us when the buyers became unreasonable. If it had not been for her skill, the transaction would have not been successful. She has more grace, and expertise than agents twice her age. If I could give her 10 stars, I would do so!

Kaitee is heaven sent. She was an absolute blessing. After a pretty terrible home inspection on the home we were purchasing fell through, she reassured us she would find our dream home. I was hesitant, I was content on building. Homes in our small area are hard to find on the market. We decided to give her two years before we would build and see what would come up. She took TWO WEEKS and found a beautiful home that was not even listed on the market yet. She is amazing. We absolutely adored her. I was able to purchase a home while working, being a student myself, and being a full time mother. She also helped guide us with the buyer of our home we were selling. Hands down the only realtor I will EVER use. Absolutely adore this woman.
